  1. In a frying pan, saute potatoes, green pepper, onion and sausage for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. In a 3-quart greased casserole dish, mix together the sauteed ingredients, mustard, maple syrup, sour cream, milk pepper and cheese.
  3. Sprinkle top with the potato crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
