Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease shallow 2-quart baking dish.
In small bowl, mix together sour cream, soup and seasonings.
Place frozen potatoes in baking dish; cover with soup mixture.
Combine crushed corn flakes or crackers and cheese; sprinkle over top of soup mixture.
Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
