Touchdown Tater Nachos
Ingredients
- 3 baking potatoes; sliced peel on
- peanut oil for deep frying
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Bacon bits
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup Avocado diced
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Heat oil to 375 and drop potato slices in; cook for 5 minutes to a crisp golden brown.
- Drain potato slices on paper towel then arrange on serving platter.
- In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning. Drop mixture on top of potatoes.
- Layer remaining ingredients on top of potatoes in order listed ending with cheeses.
