Potato Chip Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 bag regular potato chips crushed, 20oz
- 1 Container sour cream 16oz
- 2 1/2 lbs Chicken tenderloins
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Butter–flavored cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place sour cream in a bowl. Dip chicken into bowl, then coat with potato chips.
- Place coated chicken pieces on greased cookie sheet. Bake five minutes, then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, melt butter and add garlic powder.
- Return oven to 450 degrees and brush the garlic butter over each piece of chicken, baking for an additional five minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
