Mom’s Herb-Buttered Potatoes & Peas
Ingredients
- 11/2 lbs New small red potatoes unpeeled
- 1/2 cup Butter 1 stick
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 10 oz Frozen peas thawed and dried

Instructions
- Boil whole potatoes for 15-18 minutes, or until almost tender. Drain and cut potatoes in half or smaller, return to pan.
- Add butter, salt, and spices. Cover, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Stir in peas, heat 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
