Russet potatoes*

greek yogurt

chili
(try the soup bar at your grocery store)

pico de gallo

guacamole
1

Cheddar cheese
shredded

cup
Mexican style cheese
1/4
cup
Bacon bits

Chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 °F.
Wash potatoes and pierce a few times with a fork.
Bake potatoes for 60-70 mins, or until easily cut with a knife.
Set up potato bar with toppings in small bowls.
Cut off tops of potatoes, and add any toppings you like!
