Easy Southwest Baked Potato Bar

Ingredients
- 1 bag Russet potatoes*
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup chili (try the soup bar at your grocery store)
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Mexican style cheese
- 1/4 cup Bacon bits
- 2 tbsp Chopped green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Wash potatoes and pierce a few times with a fork.
- Bake potatoes for 60-70 mins, or until easily cut with a knife.
- Set up potato bar with toppings in small bowls.
- Cut off tops of potatoes, and add any toppings you like!
