Instructions
  1. Heat waffle Iron per directions of waffle maker.
  2. Remove skins on baked potatoes and mash to a chunky mash.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients combine well.
  4. Put 3/4 cup of potato mixture onto waffle iron, Bake until golden brown.. Remove serve with a fried egg on top.
Recipe Notes

This is a real simply dish and the presentation is beautiful. This great for breakfast and this mixture can be made night before for easy morning prep.
