Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 6 Peeled sliced potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 1 can French's Fried Onions 8 oz
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions
- Mix milk, diced onions and Cream of Chicken soup in large glass or metal baking dish (10x14 rectangular). Season with salt and pepper. Add sliced potatoes and 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese and French's onions.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
