Oven Baked French Fries with Sriracha Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Oven-Baked Potato Fries
- 5 Wisconsin russet potatoes medium-sized
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Spicy Sriracha Dipping Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic finely grated
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro chopped
- 3 Tbsp sriracha

Oven-Baked Potato Fries
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Wash and dry your potatoes well. Then slice them into "sticks" and toss into a gallon Ziploc bag.
- Add the olive oil, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to the bag with the potatoes.
- Seal the bag closed and give everything a vigorous shake to coat the potatoes thoroughly with the oil and spices.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the potatoes evenly on the pan, being careful not to overlap potatoes which will cause the fries to be less crunchy.
- Place the pan of potatoes into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with the Sriracha Dipping Sauce.
Spicy Sriracha Dipping Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
